Prosciutto Wrapped Grilled Asparagus

Hello friends and welcome back to ASW Homestead! Summer evenings here on the homestead are the perfect time to fire up the grill and create something special. Recently, we shared our tips for grilling the perfect steak, and this Prosciutto Wrapped Grilled Asparagus makes the perfect side to go alongside it. One of our favorite ways to enjoy fresh asparagus from the garden or farmers market is to wrap it in savory prosciutto, season it simply, and let the grill work its magic. This recipe is quick to prepare, elegant enough for guests, and easy enough for a weeknight dinner.
