Simple Pancakes

A simple go-to breakfast recipe that can be whipped up from scratch in just a few minutes.

  • 1 Griddle

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 7 tsp baking powder

Instructions

  • Combine the eggs, milk, and melted butter in a large mixing bowl. 
  • Add in the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Mix until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined to form a batter.
  • Drop the batter by ¼ cupful on to a hot, greased griddle.
  • Cook until the edges are set and bubbles break the surface of the pancake, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Flip the pancake and continue cooking until golden brown and cooked through.
