Combine the eggs, milk, and melted butter in a large mixing bowl.
Add in the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Mix until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined to form a batter.
Drop the batter by ¼ cupful on to a hot, greased griddle.
Cook until the edges are set and bubbles break the surface of the pancake, about 2-3 minutes.
Flip the pancake and continue cooking until golden brown and cooked through.
