Cheese & Herb Biscuits

Hello Friends! There’s something wonderfully comforting about a warm biscuit straight from the oven — buttery edges, soft centers, and that irresistible aroma that fills the kitchen. Around here, these Cheese & Herb Biscuits are a family favorite, especially on our Tuesday night breakfast dinners or served alongside a big bowl of soup.

The secret ingredient is still cottage cheese (for that tender, melt-in-your-mouth texture), but now we’ve added sharp cheddar to take them to the next level. The result? A biscuit that’s herby, cheesy, and perfectly golden — comfort food at its finest.

🌿 The Perfect Mix of Simple and Savory

These biscuits come together in minutes with just a few staple ingredients. The combination of herbs, minced onion, and cheddar creates a rich, homey flavor that feels like something special — even on a busy weeknight.

They’re wonderful served warm with butter or brushed with a little garlic herb butter straight from the oven. And if you have leftovers (a big if), they reheat beautifully for breakfast the next morning.
